Showing info fields within links layout

I must apologize because my english is really poor.
So, my question is: Is there any option to display in links articles the same "optional" info as in main articles. I mean %fields like %Categories and so on. No problems with articles layout but i cannot find a way to make the same with links layout. ¿Only coding?
Joomla 2.5, latest version of The News II and News Show por GK4.

I´m using the News Show Pro GK4 to display news. Lef part contains the most relevante news as "articles". Right part shows link to other "less-important" news.

I can show, for example, the number of comments setting %COMMENTS in the info1 or info2 fields (module config, aticle layout options), but i have no chance to make the same with links.

I am sorry this would require changes in module files itself as currently link layout does not use info function.
