in site http://www.ralidebarcelos.com the first notice the title contains a word with the accent, and asks me those weird characters.

Have I changed fonts in the template and not resolved.

Another problem is the same module, if I click on the "little arrow" to read the news it does not open, only opens if you click on the picture.
