Normal Mode - CSS problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the css when using "normal modul". The problem is that the css settings don't work on my inside pages, only on the homepage. I used 80% font side for the titles but they apeear to be 100% on the inside pages. When i change the % i see change only on the homepage.
Here is what i am talking about:
