K2 not working correctly

I am using your template, World News II on a client's web site, gatorglob.com. I am also using News Pro G4. I didn't use the quickstart because my client already had a site set up with a lot of extensions and didn't want to start from scratch. The template is working great except that I cannot seem to get the K2 Category items to show up. I am trying to make 2 news articles - 1 for items marked Featured and one for the Category called Local Features.

In addition, it seems that It won't show the items marked "Featured". I found a workaround for the "featured" by simply using the option "K2 Tags" and tagging the featured items as "featured". However I do not believe this is how this should work. I believe that you should be able to have an item marked with a "Featured" Status and have the item show. So now I have the items showing but it STILL does not look at ALL like the demo.

For the Local Features, they are in a K2 category called "Local Features", I selected "K2 Categories" and the "Local Features" category and NOTHING is showing up!

I have not gotten all the way through all of the settings but stopped because the K2 items were not showing up. I searched the forum but the communication I found didn't contain any resolutions. Please advise soon.

No. That is not the problem. If you look at my page (which I took a screenshot of and attached) you'll see what the problem is. Where you see "Featured Stories - GK News" -- it should look like the demo and does not. Where you see "Local Features" there should be images and there are not! Even though my settings are correct.

I do not want to have the main body content on the home page and when I tried that it didn't fix my issue.

If someone from Gavick is willing to provide support via email like it said in my subscription that I was supposed to receive then I can send over log in credentials securely.

Ok. I misunderstood You. This looks like a misconfiguration. Please send me an access to joomla panel and I'll see what is missing.
