How to stop the dropdown closing when clicking inside it?

Hi,
The home page of my website uses News Show Pro GK4 to display a contact forms in five dropdowns. I want users to be able to fill in this form inside the actual module, but sadly, everytime I click into one of the text fields, the form simply closes.

Surely this is possible as all it requires is for the tab to remain open when clicking inside it? Can someone explain if this is possible?
