Some images wont show up as a thumbnail...HELP!

I'm about to pull my hair out here, cannot for the life of me figure this one out.

I'm using the Musicity template with K2 on Joomla 1.7. I have used to use the same template on joomla 1.5 previously and didnt have this issue.

Basically, when I post articles that are then linked to a News Show Pro GK4 2.7 module (both the news module upper right hand side and the mainpage one in the middle of the page) some articles wont generate a thumbnail. When I compare the problem article with an article I've posted that does create a thumbnail I cant find any differences. I've even gone as far as making sure every image in the catagory linked to the module is the exact same size, even though I know that shouldnt make a difference.

From what I can tell the articles that do and dont generate thumbnails in the module seem pretty random. I've never had this issue before, I've fiddled around with as many settings as I can and havent stumbled upon an answer yet. If someone could help me ASAP I'd be SO grateful![img][img][/img][/img]
