Filter text with H1 and H2 tags from article layout

I use the H1 and H2 tag in my news article to display a title text. This text is not always exactly the same as the title of an article. I would to filter the H1 and H2 text from the text being displayed in the article list. Is there any way to do this (see link for example: http://www.melchiorinterieur.nl/nieuws.html)
