I have the same problem, but in J!1.5.

I've followed all the instructions in the manual and after that tried every different combination, checking out and clearing the cache everytime and using both with and without the mootools and the js.

I think it's because there are several NSP4 modules in the same page and they conflict with eachother (even disabling all js and mootools)

you must add css sufix... you can add this in gk_stuff.css in your template... - for style

for that order of news you must setup mod:
Article layout:
amount of pages: 1
amount of columns: 2
amount of rows 3
header: text limit: 70; Header link: ON
Image position: left
Info format: %CATEGORY %DATE
Article layout:
header order: 3, ON
Image order: 1, ON
Text order: 5, OFF
Information: 2, ON
Second: 6, OFF
Read more: 4, ON

Links:
Amount of(firs 3 amount): 0
Links position: right
Links block: 5%

Thumbnails:
Thumbnail width: you must test this, i dont know what size do you want...
Thumbnail height: you must test this, i dont know what size do you want...
Image margin: 0 10px 0 0

this should be setup for you, but you must style in css colors...
