Text alignment in Normal Mode

I am really struggling with text alignment in this module. The site is not online so can't provide you an URL but I am attaching three images,hopefully they will help resolve this problem.

Module Mode = Normal
Module Width = 100%
Vertical Scroller - 320px
Module Font Size - 100%

Take a look at module.jpg. I want the text to be wrapped around the picture.

The other two attachments are the settins in the backend. I am sure I am doing something wrong here.
