New version 3.2 problem

I have two problems with this new version of modul

1.When i switch to Portal mode Accordion News i get error that is shown on first image

2.When i want to choose Portal mode 4 (that isnt translated) i dont get any output from modul

I joined today and I have to say the support on this forum is appalling. What is the point paying for these templates when there are never any replies to the questions?

Please use a ticket system. This particular question was asked there and problem was reported to programmers. We are waiting for an update.

Yes, I'm using the ticket system now but it kind of defeats the purpose of this forum if there are no replies anyway.
No big deal for me now, but it's probably something that can be clarified when joining and the many unanswered questions on this forum don't give a good impression to newcomers.

Forum is more like users helps each other. I'm trying to look here as much as I can, but unfortunately there is no much time after answering tickets.
