[Help] article news order

Hey guys,

There are few options available to sort out the articles in news pro.
So far the problem is in sorting them according to the modified date.

I have a movie database website with some tv shows which i update daily and i need those updated tv shows to be placed as a first item according to joomla core modified date value

Which files should i edit?

Please edit file: /modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/gk_classes/gk.source.joomla.php and in line 178:

Code: Select all: '.$order_options.'

and replace for

Code: Select all: content.modified DESC

However i got one more question:

Is there a way to have those articles listed according to modified date in "Portal mode 2" only?

cos, if you look at my website: http://kinogrill.kz
youll see that i have few modules on the same page and i dun want the movies to be listed according to modified date but published
