if published just in home page right column desappear

Hi guys....
hope u can help as i cannot get my head around it!...

Basically I have published the news show pro module just in home page (as is were i need it)...

than i have set up my hole site with left and right columns each containing adverts menu and the rest....but if i click on the news show pro module in the home page it redirects to a page that basically has no menu item....so the module produces its own link.

So basically unless i publish the right modules in all the menu items, the news show pro module doesn't see the right or left column...

is there a way around this?
