Newsletter configuration ? Mailchimp etc

I'm trying to configure the newsletter part of the contact module but it's a bit "shady" in the code what I should fill out and where

Could someone provide a good link or explanation?

What You see in our template is only a html presentation of how it will look like adding a newsletter module, it has no functionality attached to it. Please simply replace it with any newsletter module which came with a newsletter system of Your choosing.
