Hi,
I'm running a social login component on my site called SocialConnect which uses oath to allow users to log in with their preferred social network.

This was working perfectly on the old news template but since upgrading to news refreshed the login no longer works and is generating a php error.

I contacted the developers of SocialConnect and after looking at the php error they indicated it was template related.

Looks like the template is possibly missing some files?

I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Hi

Please edit file component.php in template and delete line 21:

Code: Select all
require_once('lib/framework/gk.const.php');

Thank You for reporting that. Will pass it to programmers.

Just another note on the missing PHP issue, since upgrading to the News refreshed template the 404 error page no longer works:

Example: https://www.blueheronclinic.com/test404

I am receiving a blank white page instead of the usual 404 message, could there be files missing in relation to this?

Thanks,
John

Update on the 404 issue, this was caused by the joomla system redirect plugin not the Gavick template. Disabling the redirect plugin fixes the blank 404 error page issue.
