Articles in header show up in 6 hours

When I publish articles in the header (NSP) they show up in about 6 hours. Linked to a menu item they are published immediately (not in the header).

Please check out time offset parameter and use it to compensate time zone differences.

I have set the timezone to Amsterdam in Joomla settings but the problem remains. I just publiced the article "Supermarktomzet november stijgt met 0,8%" but I don't see it in the header NSP. In the menu item "Nieuws" it is visible. I think it is a problem with NSP.

I resolved the problem. I had not seen the time offset option in NSP. I set +6 and everything works properly.
