Hi: I implement news template in last september.
Today I'm seeing a refreshed version of the template.
What are the differences between refreshed and previous versions ? Is neccesary to update ?

Regards.

Usually some improvements, updates that are required with Joomla being updated etc.
If you don't update Joomla and everything works fine, you can stick with current version.

I'm trying the refreshed template, is even more awesome !

When i can found the differences between news version original and refreshed ?
I found this at the moment:
- new positions: header, newsletter
- erased positions: bottom3, bottom4
- inner_inset position: isn't in the list of positions, but is present in the online page for refreshed module positions

Typography: different classes names: items/articles refering to no existent classes

Important: headlines suffix: in my local copy doesn't work !

Thanks !

There is no such place where news and news2 are compared each other (featured wise). I guess the best way is to compare them visually on our demo server.

You should follow documentation. Those templates might share same name, but are completely different things.
