Doesn't display widget MailPoet and mobile Adsense

Hello! Put the MailPoet plugin, configured. Also set it up in the theme TechNews. But popup widget newsletter is not displayed on the website. Why? Also mobile Adsense does not work correctly. How to fix? Thanks in advance!

Did you add Mailpoet form into Newsletter widget area? Could you please provide me with a URL to your website and back-end access via PM (click the “Private Message” text underneath my avatar) so that I may analyze it?
