Does anyone have a local copy of the script I could embed in my site as the download link on the Silktide site doesn't seem to work either.

Recently noticed the Cookie Consent feature doesn't seem to work on the template now and I'm seeing a 403 error in debug console.

Simply replace it with a different extension, as You've noticed the one we have been using does not exists anymore. There is couple available. https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... e-control/
