Display more than 10 items in category view?

I've been looking round the theme settings and category views to try and display more than 10 items when viewing a category but not having any luck.

I seem to get the 10 items then "More..." in large text at the bottom, which looks a bit messy. How can I change the display to either show everything in the category or paginate more neatly without the display of articles directly underneath?
