j2Store, Kunena Forum layout issues

I'm trying out a couple of extensions on my site that's using the Technews theme but noticed both j2Store and Kunena Forum both seem to have similar issues in their layout.

In both cases the content sits one element under the other with no form of responsive design present. In j2Store if I enable "minimal bootstrap" it gets slightly better but still not working properly.

Is there something I can enable \ change to get these 3rd party components to work correctly with the Technews theme? Are you using customised bootstrap code or something along those lines?

Our products does not need bootstrap, but it also have no problems if bootstrap is used. Make sure bootstrap is enabled in both this extensions and try show me pages where You see problems.
