How can I customize language on 404 error page in technews ???

SOLVED
All informations including sub menu in sidebar position are included in template language file: /public_html/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_technews.ini
to customise its required to copy and rename file using proper language suffixes for example for Polish: copy into pl-PL directory and change name to pl-PL.tpl_gk_technews.ini

That's correct. Additionally if You wish to make changes to php edit file /error.php in template. For style changes /css/system/error.styleX.css
