Error 500 in quickstart technews

The quick start does not work, after un compress send an 500 server error

Please check permissions on main folder. Change it to 755.

Hi

This has been fixed already, but just in case try change permissions to 755 on main folder if this will not work please check error logs and copy some of them here so I'll be able to figure out what can be wrong.
