I'm afraid I do not understand Your question at all.

Are You asking how to make a page like the one in Your example ? It's a K2 User layout. You can select it in menu item settings.

Or maybe You mean to show list of categories inside of article? You can use a K2 Tools module and publish it inside artilce with a sentence like {loadposition xxx}
