Hi I love the social sharing buttons and style in technews. What do I need to copy and to get the same effect on an older template?

Hi, same question here.
No, I don't think firebug should be enough, firebug is a really useful tool to discover and eventually preview changes at css, it can let us know how the css works and even read out the html, but, if this is a plugin or a module (which I think so), you have to install or integrate it in some way into the site itself.
Then, how that could be done?
