Problem with EUCookieDirectiveLite plugin

Hi.

I use the Storefront template and tried to install the following "EUCookieDirectiveLite" plugin but does not work. I disabled all the settings of the template that has to do with cookies, only settings of the template, and still not working. I think it's a template problem, because I change the Joomla's template to the standard template and it's works, should be an incompatibility. Could you help me to fix it?
