Cookie consent

Where can i manage the cookie consent and the advertisement of the cookie law?
i don't see any module or plugin, i need to change language and costumize it

Hi,
it should be inside template language file, because this feature was built-in inside template code.
language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_gk_technews.ini
