Hello,
I've purchased the Technews template for a client of mine. Especially for de mobile version of this template. On iOs there is no problem. On Android there are big problems with the native browser. With eg Chrome on Android also no problem. The mobile version in the native brower is a mess. When you load the site the first time every thing looks different and is not readable or visible. The menu background doesn't appear. Also not all the images are being loaded and visible. If you reload the page some things are going better. If you reload again even more gets into place. The menu background eventually appears also. My client is not pleased with this mobile result. the visitors will surely leave this mobile website. Is there a solution? I found the same problem on the forum for older templates, but those solutions i can not use in this new template.

I add some screendumps with the problems.
I tested with the native browser on my Samsung GT-I19515 Android-version 5.0.1

I hope there's a solution for this

Hi

This looks like some of the files are not loaded for this browser. Have You modified any template files ? I've seen such behaviour if editor used to customised code was using different codding than files was created with. Please tell me the list of files customised and send me an access to FTP so I'll check.

Hello Teitbite,
thanx for offering your help. I didn't edit the template files. The only thing i edit is via the override.css and of course the template settings / components/ modules / plugins by logging in as admin.

I even tried to depublish several third party components/modules like Phoca Gallery, Perfect AJAX Popup Contact Form, etc.. But nothing works.
The problem is most of all by the very first pageload, which is of course extremly important. I even used the Gk_musicstate template. There were also problems by the first pageload.

I like the GavickPro templates a lot, but i really need to solve this problem for the native browser on Android smartphones. Otherwise i must switch. I seriously hope that you can help me.

I will sent you the ftp access by pm.

thanks in advance

Hi

Thanks for access, but I'm afraid I cannot see it like You showing on Your screenshots. Everything is fine testing it on: Samsung Galaxy S6, Google Nexus 6, Samsung Galaxy S3 (screens attached). So I believe You have either fixed it already or the device You are testing it with is not completing file transfer or blocking some of it. Anyway this doesn't looks like problem is coming from website directly.

Thanks for looking into this problem. I didn't fix it. On my device (Samsung S4, Samsung GT-I19515 Android-version 5.0.1) it looks still like the first screendump i send. The customers have different Android-devices and having the same problems. I don't know what else i ca do..... I can't understand why you don't have the same problem.....

Hi

I'm very sorry, but I cannot tell either. Your screen looks like not all files were loaded and the missing files are causing it to display broken. Maybe some of the style files were edited and the editor used had a wrong codding set so the mixed codding files are not loaded with some specific phone settings. Or is it simply not loaded for this phones becuase of some connections to an outside websites which could not be finished and terminated along with the files which came after.

Try using some css cache plugins like JCH, so css will be pushed into one css file and hopefully loaded before the termination happens.

Hi,
i found a solution thanks to you Teitbite :D
I used the JCH plugin and in this case the first step was: Under the 'Advanced' tab i set 'Exclude all extensions' tot NO.
Now the mobile version was loaded correctly. However some pictures didn't load at the first time. So i implemented LLFJ = Lazy Load For Joomla.
The whole package is working fine now in the native stock browser of Android without a name

Thanks for your time and tips and maybe this solution can help others.

have got the same problem. my site is multilanguage and on one language everything is good, but on another one it is like it was in the beginning of the topic. when you reload it looks good. BUT! when you reload again it looks like in the beginning! etc. (android, any browser: chrome, native)
will try to do like it was written and write back.
P.S. didnt edit any system file at all!
