Is it possible to show author photo on posts for this theme?

Hi,

Sorry, I thought about TechNews theme. In Hotel - it's not possible without theme files modifications.
You should add this function: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Re ... get_avatar
into Hotel/content-header.php file inside <ul class="item-info"> list.

Try to use child theme for this kind of customization.
