info Photo gallery - Photo Swipe

Hello
I want to know how to change the image in the photo gallery and what is the plugin / module that handles it. I found in the template Photo Swipe, but where is it to customize photos and didascalie?

It's just a html, there is not panel to manage it. But I've a theme for Simple Image Gallery plugin which should be downloadable from couple of this forum posts.
