Updating - which version of HOTEL ?

While looking to update Joomla to 3.6.0... I cheked my version of template, and I currently have Hotel v.1.0.3. installed.
When I check the UPDATES tab in Joomla Template Hotel, it is showing that a new version is available: Version: 1.0.5 Date: 05/04/2016
BUT, while checking on gavick.com https://www.gavick.com/updates, I see the current version for the HOTEL template is Version 1.0.6 Date: 08-06-2016
1) Why on the Joomla templates UPDATES tab I only see version 1.0.5 available and not the latest 1.0.6?
2) I do not use solidres component on the website: is this the reason it is not offering 1.0.6 to me?
3) Joomla is letting me know when a new version of extensions (such as News Show Pro GK5) is available... why it is not showing me that a new Template version is also available?

It's probably only some mistake in version number. In download section You can only download latest version possible, so when You will update it You can be sure it's up to date.

Option to inform user about an update available was introduced in joomla 3.4. We already had our own system build in template working even before joomla added it, so there was no point to implement another system.

The problem with the template update system is that is not showing in the CONTROL PANEL (like the modules News Show PRO GK5). When there is a new version of a module, immediately after login to Joomla I can see if 1) joomla is up to date and 2) if all extensions are up to date.
To find out about a new update you specifically need to go to EXTENSIONS > TEMPLATES > SITES > TEMPLATE NAME > UPDATES.
Once my template is working, I hardly check my template setting; I'm more concerned with content once the website is finished.

Yes, I understand, but since there are other more pressing matters (as joomla 3.6 released recently) I do not think programmers will consider this addon since, as I said such system is build in template.

Lucky, templates don't change much during versions and update is not always neccessary.
