Map problem

Hi Guys,

I got an error message when I in the Contacts.
The map does not appear only a message: 'Oops, this site does not load the Google Map correctly. You can find technical information in the javascript console.'
Where can I find this console, or what should I do?

Your website is offline. I will need an access to see this page to tell anything, but from screenshot it looks like misconfiguration issue.

Hi

Please update template to the latest version first. Than in contact info You will need to add an API KEY in a format like on belowe example:

Code: Select all: <div class="gk-map static" data-latitude="-34.397" data-longitude="150.644" data-ui="yes" data-zoom="8" data-key="API_KEY">

that's a new restriction on Google and that's why it stopped working.

I got the latest version of the template. I added the API Key in the Contacts/Miscellaneous Information but it still not working

Hi spiffpat,

The API did not work so I found an other solution: I marked the place on Google maps and generate a map with width 1600 and height 400. I enter it in the Contact us/Miscellaneous in Source code view. It is perfect and also responsive.

Thank you, but I just found the problem, I forgot to activate the Google Maps JavaScript API so the API KEY wasn't working.
