A window appears at the bottom after a short time

A window appears at the bottom after a short time, and show:
Sign up to keep in touch! etc.....
how can i modify the contents of this window or delete it?
i attach a file.

Hi

This window is a module published in "newsletter" module position. Unpublish it will disable popup. Replacing it with a different module or making changes to the module will let You manage it's content.
