Internal Server Error

Hello i have two problems with my template
1. Internal Server Error / Everything works good on my local serwer, but when i move my template to my hosting a can't login to my admin panel( I use akeeba backup).

2 The second problem: When i try to send a message by contact form i'ts not working,

It's really hard to answer this questions. You should compare Your local and online server configurations. My first guess would be a difference in PHP versions.
