Preloader background flashes in transition after loading

So, I changed preloader and background color to black.
However, once page is loaded it flashes white in transition.
I have tried to fix this but no result.

I think the flashing color can actually be a background of the module. Try add this code to override.css to force a black background:

background-color: #000;
}
