Main menu not dropping down to accommodate Logo

I need my main menu to drop down to accommodate my Logo which is a little taller than the demo logo. When i insert my logo it overlaps the main menu. See it on kipuka.co. Suggestions?

Is reducing of the logo size an option?

the version on display is as small as i would like to go.

But the only way is to move the menu down which will increase header height reducing "above the fold" area slightly. I strongly recommend against such change.
