I have a site

Could you advise me how to make my site faster .
I have optimized it and if I do speed tests I get very high scores but when I use the site it is slow compared to the scores I am getting .
Is this because I am hosting my site using Siteground which is not based in my country South Africa ?
I would really appreciate any help you could give .
I am using cloudfare , jchoptimize , jotcache

Your site is ultra fast for me, really good job in this case if You ask me. If tests are saying same thing I can see with my own eyes than I believe the problem may be a connection. Your site connects with couple of outside sources, like google, facebook, etc. So I would look a reason of slow display for You there.
