No warning message if i don't flag recaptcha button

Hi
i've a problem on a contact page
If I fill all fields required but i don't flag recaptcha button, i haven't any warning message and when i click on submit button the page is reloaded

Please send me a PM with:
1. URL to your website
2. login and password of user with admin/super-admin privileges (please create one for me)
3. ftp data (host, user, password)
4. link to this thread

The warning message shows on top of the page:
"Empty solution not allowed."
but I'll report this issue to our dev team, maybe we can come with another solution.
