height of top part and logo

Hi

I am quite new to Joomla but I will try to be as specific as I can in my questions:

Just started to adjust the gk_hotel template to my own site (http://beachfun.se) and have run into some basic questions.

1. I would like to make the height of the top white part (which includes the lang, logo and top info) less (perhaps 2/3), so that more of the slideshow images are visible. Which options do I have to do this and how do I go about it?

2. I cannot find where to change the logo to my own. Where do I find the logo?

1. Please edit: /templates/gk_hotel/css/override.css and add at its end:

Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
