Hotel Quickstart seems broken

here in documentation :https://www.gavick.com/documentation/wordpress/themes/customization-tips/wordpress-custom-logo

shows a Gavern Framework, but the framework in the dashboard seems to be non-existent after multiple installs of the theme via quickstart..
I installed a new demo of a different theme and it worked just fine showing framework in the dashboard..
something seems to be amiss with this install, not sure what to do with this issue...even installing the raw theme without demo content has the same result for me, and only this Hotel Theme.
