Module positions?

In the configuration page there is a healdine for this but no plan beneath the headline. Lower down there is again a headline for module positions and a link, which displays a blank popup.

Tried just installing the quickstart but no matter what I do it will not install. it can only expand the zip and then leaves the contents in their expanded structure in a folder in the tmp directory. not such a quickstart.

What I really need right now is a simple diagram showing the module positions.

Looks like it's missing in this template. Please try to refere to module positions from Quark template it's similar and I'll report that to programmers so they will add this to this template as well.
