Tax Field not showing when $0.00

Hi,

I would like the tax field to show when it is calculated to be $0.00. Currently it appears to be hidden at this value. How can I fix this?

We didn't override checkout or cart woocommerce pages - so it's a WooCommerce issue, maybe it's a problem with plugin configuration, please check the following discussion:
