GK Store Header Image Not Animating

My client really wants to use an image that can have the same animation effect that your demo for E-commerce Quark has. But even with a previous site, I've never been able to get it to work.

Right now we have the images we want to be animated as part of the background image (the pictures and rhinstone). But I do have a transparent png file in there to hold the space and according to the html that came with the demo for the frontpage. With that png file can you figure out how to get the animation so that when people come to the site, the image file drops down from the top of the screen? Just like your demo with the gold shoe?

I'm not sure what animation exactly do you mean.. This one under the header image (MOTION IS LIFE section on the demo?) Could you provide more details or a screenshot?
