Add Read more message link on Blog view

Hello

I have noticed that when I put the shortcode read more (<!--more-->) I only take a "..." at the end of the paragraph

If I want to put under de paragraph a text with the link of the post. Can I use the same as in te following post I find in the forum?

Please go to Appearance -> Customize section and enable "Read More button on categories" option from Features panel.
