Latest Updated Version of Parent Theme

In my WooCommerce System Status, it's giving a warning that the Parent Theme of Quark is not updated to the latest version. But in the updates area of the Dashboard, it's not showing an option to update the theme there.

Please check your version and update if it's necessary, there's no notification, because this theme is not stored in WordPress themes repository.
