Translated page on front page does not show up

Hi.

One of the sections on my translated front page does not show up. Therefore the header on my translated page is not the same.

I've also noticed that the behavior of my header is different on my translated subpages that it is on my normal subpages.

What am I missing out?

I'm using Quark theme and WPML plugin for translation. URL is: http://lishinu.bordomat.com
