Move website to different server - changes lost

Hi there,
the client had to move the existing website to a new server and unfortunately all values from (customise theme – i assume this is javascript based) were lost in that case. That is colours and so forth.

This is highly disappointing and I wonder whether those settings can be saved somehow and I would not need to spent extra unpaid time – double-checking settings and changing everything to the previous state.

I should say I am working with both the mother theme and a childtheme, though this should not have any effect on this.

Hi,

If you didn't copy your files and database properly - it's normal, Customizer settings are reset to default after moving theme files.

Please try to use the following plugin:
