It' s possible to have the Quark Restaurant Blog Style in Quark Ecommerce ???

Hi,
Unfortunately it's not possible without theme files modifications. (php and css).
These styles are separated child themes, so you should compare files responsible for the blog:
content.php, content-header.php and css from restaurant/css/overrides.css file.
