Menu is not following Customizing preferences

Hi,
I test your quark theme and I found few problems :
1) the menu is not white in dark background (though the "dark image background" option is checked).
2) the fixed classic menu is not working. The code on my TEST does not have "class="gk-fixed", but your demo of QUARK has this code.
3) the is a bugg with your fix menu with dark background: the active menu stay in white on white background.
