How to get blocks right order

Hi there, i am using tables to get everything nice on the right place. But is there a easier way to do this? Because it wont work out very well. In attachment u will see how i would like to.

And another quetions how do i get a blog in quark.

And how do i get a imageshow on front page from blog categories.

You can use custom HTML with i.e. divs instead of tables.

Regarding the blog - please create new category and you can use it as a blog.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to use blog categories as an image show, you can only use pages with subpages.
