hook newsletter area to mailchimp?

Hi there, on the homepage of my site here: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/hydrolight/ you can see at the bottom the simple newsletter area, how does one hook this up to a simple mailchimp list or is this even possible? thanks in advance.

It's example newsletter (custom html) I didn't test it with MailChimp, but you can use MailPoet newsletter, please check general instruction:
